Policies
  1. driver in carReservations:

    24-hours notice is required to make a reservation.
  2. A Credit Card is required

    A credit card is required to secure all reservations, including reservations for customers that will ultimately render payment in cash.
  3. Cancellation: 

    A $35 fee will be assessed on all cancellations with 24-hours or less notice.  For last minute cancellations where the driver has already been dispatched and/or arrived at your location, full payment will be processed on your credit card.
  4. Discount Rates:

    • Standard Discount Rates are valid only between the hours of 6am and 11pm.
    • Full, non-discounted rates apply between the hours of 11pm to 6am, Monday through Saturday.
    • Full, non-discounted rates apply for less than 24-hours notice.
  5. Delays:

    ITS provides a 20-minute grace period for late or delayed flights or pickups. Following the 20-minute grace period, hourly rate charges will accrue.
  6. Schedule Changes:

    For contracted transportation agreements, changes in pre-arranged services will result in a $25-per-change fee.
